Our Services

On our deep-hole drilling machines we are able to cut almost every material (non-ferrous metals, high alloy steels and plastics)
and reach drilling depths of up to 250 x drilling diameter.

Drilling tolerances, surface finish, deviation and straightness of our deep hole drillings are
much better compared to conventional drilling processes like i.e. twist drilling.

The pre-centering of the holes is not needed because the tool is guided in a drill bush (attached to the machine).

Sub-contract deep-hole drilling

  • Drill diameter 1 - 100 mm (solid drilling).

  • Drill depth up to 2000 mm (78 3/4 inches) from one side and up to 4000 mm (157 1/2 inches) from both sides.

  • centrical and eccentrical (asymmetric) drillings, if desired as well in oblique planes.

  • In any free cutting material up to an hardness of about 43 HRC respectively an tensile strengh of about 1300N/mm².

  • Workpieces up to a weight of 5.5 tons can be transported by our forklifts and gantry cranes.

  • On our depp-hole drilling centres we can provide additional work besides deep-hole drilling such as tapping,
    reaming and 2.5D milling operations.

Data processing

The machining of your workpieces can be done by paper drawings, 2D- or 3D-Data.
Data can be sent by mail, contact form and in case of larger data amounts via File Transfer Protocol (FTP).3D-Data is handled by CAM Software; 2D-Data can be plotted in the formats A4 to A0 (b/w and colored).

2D-Data

Following 2D-Data can be handled:

  • DXF
  • DWG
  • PDF
  • TIFF
  • JPEG and further image formats

Due to the version- and program-dependent representation of the formats DXF and DWG,
we recommend the use of the formats PDF and TIFF.

3D-Data

Following 3D-Data can be handled:

  • STEP
  • IGES

Features that are not included in the volume model, like taps for example,
are machined according to attached color-code tables or program-based feature recognition.
